Delivery Timeline
Most parts are delivered within 8–12 business days of order confirmation, covering dispatch from the EU, freight, and delivery to your address in India. Timelines can vary based on part availability.
All-Inclusive Pricing
Every quote is all-inclusive — applicable customs duty and IGST are calculated and collected up front as part of the price you approve. You will not be asked to pay additional charges to the courier at your doorstep.
Damaged or Incorrect Parts
Inspect your part on delivery. If it arrives damaged in transit or does not match the part number confirmed in your quote, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Fitment-Related Returns
Because every part is matched against your VIN or chassis code before ordering, returns for fitment mismatches are handled case by case. Parts that are correctly matched but no longer needed may not be eligible for return once shipped from the EU warehouse.
